The Buckle Cover is specifically designed to work with the Shoulder Dolly Lifting System. The fabric cover fits snugly over the top and bottom of the 5" wide metal tension buckle preventing the buckle coming into contact wit the object being moved. It's made of red pack cloth fabric with hook and loop closures. There are two covers sold in every set. The cover only covers the metal buckle - it allows the webbing to move easily once it's threaded.
