Cost effective alternative to traditional bearings. Designed to mate and glide on 80/20 extrusion profiles with self-lubricating UHMW-PE bearing pads with special threaded inserts. The 80/20 High-Cycle bearing is designed for high cycle repetitive operations with sudden accelerations and decelerations. This bearing is ideal for applications like actuators, parts transfers or pick-and-place operations. This brake ready bearing has pre-drilled thru-holes for mounting a brake kit which allows you to position the bearing and lock it into place anywhere along the length of the extrusion. Please note these are designed for compression loads only and should NEVER be used to support hanging weights.
