It should be understood that any object, item, material or person could be a source of static electricity in the work environment. Removal of unnecessary nonconductors, replacing nonconductive materials with dissipative or conductive materials and grounding all conductors are the principle methods of controlling static electricity in the workplace, regardless of the activity. This product consists of a bottle and swan neck spout made of durAstatic low- charging LDPE, which contains a additive to protect ESD sensitive items. The product has a wide variety of uses and may typically be used to hold water for wetting sponges at soldering stations, to hold cleaning agents or similar liquids. Simply squeeze the bottle to release some contents through the spout. Bottles are refilled by unscrewing the swan neck spout. The material is yellow tinted for easy identification and its electrostatic properties are consistent and largely independent of humidity and age. Since the bottles are low charging they are suitable for use in an EPA. They contain no carbon or other volatile additives and therefore should meet most clean room applications. You can also be certain that the contents of the bottle will not become contaminated.
