Measuring only 6 inches in length with a 12-inch flexible probe, Bacharach's Leakator Jr.Combustion Gas Leak Detector is a low maintenance, easy-to-use portable combustible gas leak detector that is capable of pinpointing large and small leaks quickly with absolutely no calibration required. The Bacharach Leakator Jr. Combustion Gas Leak Detector tests appliances in commercial, residential, and industrial applications; surveying gas pipelines; and inspecting valves, regulators, and meters on gas equipment. Other gas meters that start at 20ppm (like the TIF8800 or the regular Leakator)are big and bulky, but have been the only option. Other "handheld" units like 'pens' start reading at 60+ ppm - you can use your nose for that!
