High-Strength Neutral Cure Sealant for Use in Structural Glazing Long Tooling Time Non-Corrosive Cure By-Product GE® UltraGlaze® is a one-component, high-strength neutral cure sealant specially designed and tested for structurally glazed curtain wall applications. UltraGlaze® features include primerless adhesion to many building substrates. Specific substrate testing is required on all structurally glazed projects. UltraGlaze is compatible with insulating glass sealants, has low odor, a long tooling time, and is non-corrosive. This material can also be used as the weatherseal in glass-to-glass butt joints Color: Black Contents of Cartridge : 10.1 fl oz (300 ml) Minimum Order: 1 Each Technical Data: Meets or exceeds Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A (COM-NBS); TT-S-00230C (COM-NBS); ASTM C 920. Comparable Sealants: Dow Corning® 795 and 995; Tremco® Spectrem 2; Pecora® 895. Important Note: Structural glazing applications require that GE® Silicones give written approval of the use of UltraGlaze® SSG4000 sealant for each building project.
