Patches tough leaks and won't run or sag. After application it retains its flexibility to resist cracking, peeling, and blistering. Stops leaks on damp dry surfaces. Formulated with durable acrylic resin and special reinforcing materials. Seals out water. Mildew resistant. Blends in on existing white roofs. Recommended for patching cracks, seams, holes, and breaks around: Chimney flashings, air conditioners, parapet walls, vents, stacks, gutters, skylights, and metal seams. Soap and water clean up while wet. Available in 10.5 fl. oz. cartridge and 1 gallon container. Color: White.
